As the centralized culinary gateway to Tucson, Arizona—North America’s first UNESCO City of Gastronomy—the GastroPark is rescuing and restoring seven historic casitas to reclaim an entire city block while simultaneously providing local food entrepreneurs with a global launchpad for culinary heritage.

In addition to providing global "food tourists" a dedicated site for an authentic welcome, the campus serves as a pioneering culinary co-working space designed to empower the region’s food entrepreneurs to "dream big." Moving beyond the traditional commissary model, the GastroPark provides a high-tech, collaborative ecosystem where local artisans can scale their products and brands while connecting with international culinary enthusiasts.
