AI consulting and training practice, part of LOW/CODE Agency's OpenAI Select Partner network, gains earlier access and tools for the mid-market AI systems

For Human Resources Mexico, a labor law compliance provider, the practice built an AI agent that answers employer questions about Mexican labor law from verified legal sources around the clock, using OpenAI's GPT-4o for reasoning and Text Embedding 3 to search legal documents in real time. The system now handles the majority of the company's client inquiries without human intervention.
