Lars Oestergaard to Join Envu as Chief Financial Officer, Effective October 1

Executive brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting and leadership experience in multinational organizations and environmental science-adjacent markets

CARY, NC, UNITED STATES, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Envu, a global environmental science company, announced today that Lars Oestergaard will join the company on Oct. 1 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will oversee global finance, legal, and compliance functions at Envu, providing strategic leadership for the company’s financial operations, planning, and risk management to support value creation and sustainable growth.

Oestergaard has more than two decades of finance, accounting and business leadership experience in multinational organizations. He will join Envu from Syngenta, a leading agricultural company where he has held senior finance roles for Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, most recently leading finance for Crop Protection North America. His experience spans building high-performing teams, strengthening stakeholder trust and credibility, and working closely with capital markets through investor relations.
