LA QUINTA, CA, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Integral Advantage^®, an IACET-accredited leadership development and organizational performance firm, today announced it has been awarded a national cooperative purchasing contract through a competitive Request for Proposal issued by the League of Oregon Cities, a lead public agency for the NPPGov national cooperative purchasing program. The award (Contract No. PS26750) makes the firm’s leadership development, consulting services, and training programs available to government agencies across all 50 states without the time and expense of conducting a separate solicitation.

The contract was established through a publicly solicited, competitively bid RFP process, enabling NPPGov member agencies, such as cities, counties, special districts, educational institutions, and other eligible public and nonprofit entities, to purchase directly under its terms at pre-negotiated, discounted pricing, subject to their local procurement requirements. The contract is effective now and runs through August 2030, with a possible extension through August 2031.
