LEXINGTON, KY, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Jay Bowman, independent candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, Kentucky's 6th Congressional District, today announced the launch of a district-wide billboard campaign spanning central Kentucky. The campaign, launching today, features Bowman's signature "Tired of the Circus?" message and reinforces his identity as "The Other Guy" in a race that has drawn attention following the departure of long-time incumbent Andy Barr.

"Voters in Kentucky's 6th District are tired of being represented by a party instead of a person," said Bowman. "These billboards are a reminder that there is another choice on November 3rd. An independent voice who answers to the voters of central Kentucky, not to a party boss in Washington."

The billboard campaign will run from today through Election Day, November 3rd, covering key corridors across Fayette, Clark, Madison, Jessamine, Woodford and other counties. The campaign features bold, direct creative designed to cut through the noise of a race being watched closely by national party committees.

Bowman is the only independent candidate in the race, running alongside Republican Ralph Alvarado and Democrat Zach Dembo for the open seat created when Andy Barr left the district to run for U.S. Senate.

Bowman's campaign centers on his Zero-One-Hundred Tax Plan, which proposes eliminating federal income tax on the first $100,000 of income earned by working families and small business owners.

"Working families in central Kentucky deserve to keep more of what they earn," said Bowman. "No federal tax on your first one hundred thousand dollars. That is a down payment. That is a mortgage payment. That is a family that can actually get ahead."

With six weeks remaining until Election Day, Bowman's campaign is executing a multi-channel voter contact strategy including text banking, social media advertising, community events, and earned media outreach across the district.
